‘Thank you to all the wonderful nurses and carers at Milverton for making the last year or so of my father’s life much more bearable for him and his family. It is never a simple decision to entrust the care of a loved one to a home, but you all made that decision greatly easier with your care and attention. Your light hearted fun approach whenever possible and your sympathy and invaluable support through the difficult end of his life. A special thanks too for the smooth-running operation by the administrative staff, the excellent food from the cooks and kitchen helpers and the impeccable condition of the rooms and laundry – the teamwork is pleasure to observe’
